Jason, Cheri, Raven, and all of the coaches and experienced members there are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and will take time to make sure that even the most complex lifts are done with picture perfect technique to prevent injury. Regardless of age, fitness level, etc, each person is treated as an individual and has the freedom to work with them and modify the workouts to their specific needs. I can't recommend them enough.

We’re not your typical fitness center — we’re a community. Our members support each other through every workout, and our coaches guide you with experience and care.

What is FIT60?

FIT60 is a group fitness program that combines strength, cardio, and functional training. Each class features a unique mix of movements and formats to challenge all fitness levels.

Do I need to be fit to join FIT60?

No experience needed! Our workouts are scalable, so beginners and experienced athletes can train side-by-side at their own pace.

What other fitness programs do you offer?

In addition to FIT60, we offer personal training tailored to your individual goals, and our Mayhem Teens Program to help our youth build strength, confidence, and discipline.
